Rainwater Grant for Innovation, the Austin Cultural Arts Initiative Award, and the Texas Civic Impact Council appointment, where he developed statewide strategies to support minority-owned small businesses in the aftermath of COVID-19.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a former Luce Fellow in Singapore and Thailand, his background spans innovation, international diplomacy, and federal strategy. He continues to advise on procurement readiness, growth infrastructure, and long-term positioning within the U.S. government contracting space.
